Definition:
In response to a chronically elevated blood pressure, the heart muscle decreases its compliance (relaxation ability).
Treatment:
- Strict control of hypertension
- Strict control of atrial fibrillation
- Dietary sodium indiscretion
- Lose of excess body weight
